Cuisine: Dulceata De Fructe De Padure

Ingrediente:

  • Un kilogram de fructe de padure
  • 100 mililitri apa
  • 500 grame zahar
  • Zahar vanilat

Mod de preparare

  1. Apa si zaharul se pun pe foc si se lasa la fiert 10 minute, pana se obtine un sirop. Se adauga fructe spalate, zaharul vanilat si se fierb pana ajung la consistenta dorita.
  2. Se repartizeaza dulceata in borcane, care se capseaza ermetic cu capace, si se lasa la racit.
